We accept returns on the condition that they are returned in unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging within 30 days of receiving the order.
If item is washed or appears to have been used, we reserve the rights to not provide a refund. We require an invoice and/or purchase number to be sent with the item being retuned.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not offer free returns, customer will need to cover the cost of postage.
Once we process the refund within 10 working days. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note all purchases on sale products are final, under no circumstances will we accept returns on sale products, unless they are faulty.
Please contact us at email@example.com along with photos of the fault within 5 days of receiving your order. A full refund may be provided if product is deemed faulty.
We do not have exchange system in place, however a refund may be accepted provided the item is unopen and unwashed. Please see refund policy for more information on our refund policy.
If you return an item purchased through Afterpay, we will issue you a store credit. As Afterpay is a third party provider, your agreement with them still stands and you will be required to continue to pay any scheduled payments. For any repayment queries please contact Afterpay on 1300 100 729.
We ensure customer records and details are kept private and do not disclose these details to any persons outside the Sage Baby family which includes employees and contractors. All information collected by Sage Baby is essential for the purpose of processing your order. Sage Baby does not store credit card information.
